Office for Hire. Hourly and Daily Rates.

A room is available for hire as an office, for the purpose of Counselling or other professional uses.

The room is furnished with a wooden desk, a desk chair, a wooden side table and two jason recliner chairs.

​

A smaller unfurnished room is available for longer term weekly rent.

 

Split system airconditioning/heating is operated in both rooms. Powerpoints are available.​

​

Limited storage shelves are available for use by practitioners hiring the rooms.

​

Hire of the office includes use of the waiting room, client toilet/bathroom, private Staff kitchen/lounge area, and carpark during hire hours.

Current Rates are:                        Hourly Rate         Monday to Friday     9am to 7pm     $13.00 plus GST

                                                           Daily Rate            Monday to Friday     9am to 4pm     $52.00 plus GST

 

Electricity, gas, rates, gardening and cleaning costs are the responsibility of Heather Wright.
